The SABC Education Forum will serve as a discussion platform for addressing and proposing solutions for problems experienced in education. The Education Forum is currently being developed and its implementation plans are in-line with the development of the new SABC Education portal. The Education Forum seeks to build and strengthen partnership with other education and development providers who have a focus on educational content. 

The SABC Education Forum will provide space to extend educational content in South Africa, the region and beyond other educational sectors. The design and layout of the Education Forum is currently being provided. The Education Forum will test the use of blogging, network links and links with SABC News Education Desk. The On-line Educational Forum will be loaded into the SABC Education portal. The Education Forum will performs its quality control, use of social network platforms and links with Government Educational Departments and other educational bodies, academia and research organizations both in public and private partnerships. The approach will be to launch this publication end of July 2010.
